Returns & Exchanges
At Flutterleigh, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 
completely satisfied, you may send your item back to us for a refund or exchange 
within 21 days of purchase. Sale items (those that have been permanently 
discounted) can be returned for exchange only. 
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its 
original condition. Please enclose the invoice with the return and indicate the 
reason for the return to help us better serve you.
Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the original ship date and must be 
sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs. We recommend packages be returned via 
traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the merchandise. We are not 
responsible for missing packages.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt to Flutterleigh. You will 
receive a confirmation by email when your exchange/refund is processed. In case 
merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed. We will refund 
your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus the shipping costs. 
We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be 
refunded if the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. We reserve 
the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return 
policy requirements.
